How We Work
Clear principles that keep projects on track and transparent
Fixed scope, fixed price
Anything not listed in the written scope is an add-on with a separate fee. Nothing slips in unwritten.
Revision limits
Each package has a defined number of design and content revision rounds. Extra rounds are billed hourly to keep the project on schedule.
Client content responsibility
You supply text and images using our templates by agreed deadlines. No content, no countdown.
One decision-maker
Feedback flows through one contact, on your side and ours. This prevents conflicting feedback and delays.
Three-day approval window
If you don't respond within three business days, we consider the stage approved and continue. Silence equals approved — so we don't sit on idle builds.
