Our process

Consultation
A free 30-minute call where we clarify your project's goals, scope and deadlines. On the call we tell you whether a website, an online store or a web application best fits your need.

Proposal and scope
Within two business days we prepare a written proposal with a fixed scope, price and a clear deadline. We list separately what is not included, so there are no surprise costs mid-project.

Design and development
We start with a prototype, agree the structure, and only then start writing code. Every week (or as agreed) we show you the finished work, and one of the founders works on the project throughout. Nothing is handed off to project managers or junior staff.

Launch and support
We launch the project, hand over all the code and access, and prepare a guide for your team. Ongoing technical support is an optional service you can choose.

Both. We take over started or abandoned projects, update live sites and migrate them to other platforms. Before starting we review the existing code and tell you whether it is worth editing or more sensible to rebuild.
Yes. We build custom themes your team can manage without a developer. After launch we prepare a guide and, if needed, train your team.
Yes. We hand over all the code and access. We don't lock you in: after launch you can keep working with us or without us.
