Project management, time tracking and invoices. A Mac app where every project is a Markdown file.

nokko is a native Mac app for projects, time tracking and invoices. Every project is a plain Markdown file in a folder you choose: it opens in any editor, works offline, and needs no account and no server of ours. We built it to run this studio, used it on live client work, and only then shipped it.

  1. One Markdown file per project, in a folder you choose.
  2. A timer on any task, with sessions written back into the file as plain text.
  3. Invoices drafted from the hours already logged, with VAT and per-client rates.
  4. Works offline. Share over your own GitHub repository or SFTP if you need to.
