Consultation
A free 30-minute call where we clarify your project's goals, scope and deadlines. On the call we tell you whether a website, an online store or a web application best fits your need.

Proposal and scope
Within two business days we prepare a written proposal with a fixed scope, price and a clear deadline. We list separately what is not included, so there are no surprise costs mid-project.

Design and development
We start with a prototype, agree the structure, and only then start writing code. Every week (or as agreed) we show you the finished work, and one of the founders works on the project throughout. Nothing is handed off to project managers or junior staff.

Launch and support
We launch the project, hand over all the code and access, and prepare a guide for your team. Ongoing technical support is an optional service you can choose.

The price depends on the size of the catalogue, the integrations and the functionality. We give you a rough range on the first call and a precise written quote within two business days. We don't want to waste your time or ours.
The timeline depends on the scope and is written into the proposal alongside the price. It is fixed before the work starts, not negotiated along the way.
Shopify is a closed platform with a monthly fee: faster to launch, but more limited. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, has no monthly fee and allows custom functionality and a wider choice of local integrations. We recommend the right option and explain why in the proposal.
Yes. We build custom themes your team can manage without a developer. After launch we prepare a guide and, if needed, train your team.
Yes. We hand over all the code and access. We don't lock you in: after launch you can keep working with us or without us.
No. Technical maintenance is a separate, optional service. We hand the project over working and self-sufficient.
